Fingerprint terminals
Wi-Fi or 4G fingerprint terminals send every scan straight to Shiftly. Scans are stored as they happened and never edited.
Who’s in, live
A live dashboard per branch, or all of them, showing who’s in, who’s late and who’s on holiday.
Paid hours and wages
Paid hours follow the hours you set, capped at time actually worked, with unpaid breaks taken off longer days. Wages use the rate in force that day, so a pay rise never changes past pay.
Shifts and holidays
Rota staff at any branch, set usual weeks and book holidays, with missed clock-outs flagged automatically.
Every branch, one account
Each business gets its own address, logo and wording, with branches and their opening hours.
Attendance and payroll export
A day view of every clock in and out against the rota, exported as CSV with hours and gross pay for your payroll software. Times are in UK time, with clock changes handled.
Pay shown only if you want it
Each business chooses whether managers see wages and rates, or just hours worked.
