Care agencies juggle rotas, paper MAR charts, phone calls to families and invoices to councils, the NHS and private payers. When a carer calls in sick, finding cover is a scramble, and records are written up hours after the visit.

Rostering and sick cover

A day view with carers as rows and visits as blocks. Clashes are caught as you assign, late and missed visits are flagged, and cover is suggested by travel distance, skills and continuity of care.

Carer app that works offline

Today’s visits, check-in and check-out by GPS with NFC or QR fallback, the task checklist, eMAR and body-map marks. Everything queues on the phone without signal and syncs in order when it’s back.

eMAR and body maps

Every dose is recorded as given, refused or other, with a reason required unless it was given.

Voice to care note

The carer speaks in their own language and AI drafts a structured note: mood, nutrition, skin and follow-up. Nothing is saved until the carer has reviewed and signed it, and AI can never write to the eMAR.

Family portal

Families see arrival and departure times, the notes the carer chose to share, and their invoices.

Split-funder billing

Each client’s visits are billed across local authority, NHS CHC and private top-up, once and to the penny, with a payroll export for carers.
