Each order goes to a shop close to the customer that has the item, and splits across shops when it has to.
Courier delivery in about an hour
Shops pick and pack; a courier collects and delivers, with live order status for the customer.
A portal for every merchant
Shops manage stock, prices, orders and payouts in their own portal, on the web or the merchant app.
Customer apps and website
Search, a basket that can span shops, checkout and order tracking on the website and the iOS and Android apps.
Returns and support built in
Returns with photo evidence, support cases with deadlines, and an admin console for live operations.
UK rules handled
VAT, consumer rights, data export and erasure, and retention rules, each with a check that proves it’s in force.
