Each client’s care plan, tasks and medicines in one record, with a dose created for every scheduled time.

eMAR

One record per scheduled dose. A refused or missed dose must have a reason, checked by the app and by the database.

Rostering

Visits planned and assigned to carers, with the day’s rota at a glance for the coordinator.

Visit verification

Carers check in by NFC tag, GPS or by hand. The distance is recorded, and check-ins more than 250 m away are flagged.

Audit trail for CQC

Every change is logged in the same transaction. The log can’t be edited or deleted, and only admins can read it.
