ERP for online brands
Softilo Commerce
Payouts reconciled to the penny.
Orders from Shopify and Amazon UK become invoices that issue stock at landed cost, payouts split into sales, refunds, fees and VAT and reconcile to the penny, and returns are restocked or written off.
For UK e-commerce and marketplace brands

The problem
Payouts arrive net of fees and refunds, stock sits in another tool, and nobody can quite say what each channel made once everything is taken off.

What it does
6 things Softilo Commerce does properly
Channel imports
Shopify order and payout data, and Amazon UK settlement reports. Importing the same file twice is safe.
Payout reconciliation
Each payout is split into sales, refunds, fees, reserves and adjustments, and refused unless it reconciles to the penny.
Stock sync
A safety buffer and share of the shelf per channel, as a CSV or Amazon inventory file, and never oversold.
Dispatch
Labels for Royal Mail Click & Drop, DPD and Evri behind one interface, running on a sandbox until a carrier account is connected.
Returns
Credit note and refund, each item restocked at its cost or written off, with the 14-day refund-due date.
Landed cost and books
Purchasing, freight and duty spread to the penny, multiple warehouses, banking, VAT and reports.
Quality bars
Rules it doesn’t break.
- The books always balance
- An unbalanced journal is refused by the database at commit, and money is never held as a floating-point number.
- History can’t be rewritten
- Journals and the audit log are append-only. A correction is a new entry.
- Each business sees only its own
- Postgres row-level security keeps companies apart, even if application code has a bug.
- Problems are reported, not imported
- Unknown SKUs, unpaid, non-GBP and out-of-stock orders are listed for you instead of going in the books.
