What it does

One ledger, closed periods
Posted journals can’t be edited or deleted, nothing posts into a closed period, and corrections are reversals.
E-commerce and returns
Orders by generic API or CSV, Amazon and eBay settlement file import, and goods that reach sellable stock only after inspection.
Subscriptions
Built-in billing and renewals, daily-weighted monthly revenue release and Stripe webhook handling.
Procurement and inventory
Requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, landed costs, moving-average stock and manufacturing orders.
People and projects
Employees, leave, expenses, projects and payroll journals from your provider’s CSV. It never calculates PAYE or NI.
Directors and controls
Director loans and dividends, dual-control approvals, and twelve reconciliations run daily.
AI suggestions only
Claude can only write suggestions, and accepting one goes through the same services and permissions as doing it by hand.

Rules it doesn’t break.
- Rules live in the database
- A posted journal must balance, and a bug in the application can’t break it.
- Nobody approves their own work
- Dual control needs two different approvers, enforced on the server.
- Payouts aren’t revenue
- A marketplace or Stripe payout moves clearing to bank, and repeat events are refused.
- Tamper-evident trail
- The audit trail is hash-chained, and a backup test proves a restore reconciles.

- Calculating PAYE or NI, or filing RTI
